What is the shipping cost?

The cost of delivery is €2.99. In the case of cash on delivery, the delivery service can charge you a additional fee.

What is the delivery time?

We deliver the package within 2-5 working days.

There is no receipt in my package. Where can I find it?

You receive the invoice in the form of a PDF file via e-mail as soon as the courier marks that the package has been delivered. Check your email inbox. If you can't find your account, write to us and our support staff will be happy to help you.

When will I receive a refund?

We refund the purchase price for the returned product within 7 days of receiving the complaint or after receiving the returned product. The purchase price will be returned via bank transfer to the buyer's bank account. In case of prepayment, the amount will be returned to the payment method used for the purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
